What we collect
- your name, address, date of birth and contact details
- details of the property, vehicles, business or other things you want insured
- your insurance and claims history
- financial information, such as payment details or information needed to arrange premium funding
- sensitive information where an insurer requires it, such as health information or criminal history. We only collect this with your consent.
How we collect it
We usually collect information directly from you, by phone, email, online forms or in person. We may also collect it from others with your consent or where permitted by law, such as insurers, other brokers, claims assessors or someone acting on your behalf.
If you give us information about another person, such as a named driver or business partner, please make sure they know you have done so and are aware of this policy.

We store your information securely, in paper and electronic form, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. When we no longer need it, we destroy or de-identify it.

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
